Plant paradox food list - I believe that we evolved eating the lectins in plants. I don't think people should avoid vegetables unless they have a specific sensitivity. Maybe avoiding seeds, and skins, and maybe nightshades. I do think adding olive oil is a good thing. I try to eat mostly like our ancestors did before the start farming.
